We're on a mission to humanise technology by developing real-time, AI personas who feel as natural as interacting with a human.
Why? How we interact with technology today has tonnes of friction, it isn't truly intuitive or interactive. We've defaulted to a 1-many approach because of the limitations of tech rather than a 1-1 personalised approach, relevant to the individual, not the masses.
Our vision is to build the next computer interface, one that mimics how we have communicated for millennia by developing AI personas who feel as natural as interacting with a human. Our personas look and chat with you like humans, they can speak more than 50 languages and will understand the subtleties of human emotion and expression all while responding to you in real-time. No product like this exists today because until now, it's been practically impossible.
We're building an API that enables our customers to elevate their interfaces and create more engaging ways to interact with their users. There are several use cases we are already supporting from language tutors to sales assistants, health care assistants to customer support agents. Companies are even re-creating their ideal customer persona to help their sales team role-play their pitches.
We started this journey <9 months ago. Since then, we have grown the team to 6, developed our product, brought on more than 30 design partners we work with closely and now we're launching our MVP this September. We're backed by leading teams from Concept Ventures, Torch Capital and angels from Elevenlabs, Spotify, Sonantic and Speechly.ai. We've already been named a top UK start-up to watch out for.
What We've Built In The Last 6 Months

We need someone who can help drive us from 0-1. We have an ambitious growth trajectory and beyond any specific skills you have today, the motivation and obsession with problem-solving will be the most important characteristics you'll bring to this role.
As our founding marketing lead, you'll pioneer our marketing motion, help shape our culture, and supercharge our growth. You'll play at the intersection of growth, content and product marketing, driving awareness and generating inbound leads. This is a strategic role that requires analytical skill and the ability to test, fail, iterate and learn - on repeat.

So where do you come in?

This is a strategic role that requires analytical skill and the ability to test, fail, iterate and learn - on repeat.
You have:
- You have a track record of creating world-class content and are passionate about it
- You have reached and grown audiences/communities across marketing channels
- You have great attention to detail, you know that polish matters
- You are resourceful, like to explore new topic ideas and don't stop at the first go
- You are creative and can think outside the box, have extraordinary customer empathy, crafting compelling messaging for both business owners and technical buyers
- You describe yourself as an AI hacker. While you don't need to be technical or a coder, you're comfortable building with/ on top of AI tools
- You are quantitative and analytical, comfortable working with data. You are strong in Excel and have frameworks for making strategic investment decisions based on results from your experiments. You can clearly report back on what's working and why
- You have strong communication skills. You can communicate effectively both inside and outside the business
- You have a robust work ethic. You're highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- You've worked at a fast-growing tech company in a GTM role / early-stage startup
- You have experience growing a business, either through driving the go-to-market strategy and execution or by directly contributing to it
- You're a former founder of a fast-growing startup that owned GTM
- You're self-motivated and action-oriented
- You have a genuine curiosity that leads you not just to the "what" but the "why"
- You have a growth mindset and frequently solicit constructive feedback
- You are ambitious and hungry. You want to propel your career by joining a high-growth startup
