We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Documentation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing all documentation related to our products. This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including development, enablement, and product management teams ensuring our documentation meets the needs of stakeholders/customers.


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all products including user guides, technical manuals, release notes, API documentation, and FAQs
  • Work closely with product development teams to understand product features and functionality and translate technical information into user-friendly documentation
  • Develop processes and approaches to more easily maintain existing content
  • Manage the documentation review process, gathering feedback from relevant stakeholders and incorporating revisions as needed
  • Ensure that all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to internal teams and external customers
  • Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides to ensure consistency and quality
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation management

Must Have:

  • 10+ years technical training content development experience developing creative training solutions within high-tech software companies.
  • Good to have a FinTech background from a SaaS based company
  • Exceptional writing skills, and the ability to distill complex topics and procedures into simple and understandable language.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of content management systems and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and version control systems.
