We’re growing rapidly & are seeking a passionate Senior Product Manager, SAP and Integrations to drive our integration with several enterprise applications, particularly SAP. You’ll bring the end-user perspective to the table while evangelizing AppZen’s ecosystem, specifically driving customer adoption and innovation. Responsibilities include daily interactions with customers, prospects, GTM teams, and R&D teams. You will be the subject matter expert and the voice of the customer, helping to articulate their needs and embrace it through AppZen’s integrations.
What You Will Do:
- Understand the Customer’s ecosystem of applications and answer the following:
- For each AppZen application that the customer buys - what systems we need to integrate to?
- How will the integrations work? - Determine CSV, API or both
- Understand what mappings have to be performed etc
- Understand ERP Applications in general, but specifically SAP:
- Expertise in SAP business process
- Solution design and integration of 3rd party systems with SAP ECC6 and S4/Hana
- Demonstrated knowledge of FI, MM and SD modules in SAP
- Experience handling/developing 3rd party “add-on” solutions - Architecture, design, and implementation of new ABAP Add-on using REST and SOAP API’s
- Mentor other ABAP developers and support customer go-live activities
- Participate in Product design/solutioning with AppZen Engineering teams
- Handling certification process with SAP as required
- Well versed with latest integration technologies and platforms that SAP supports including BTP toolkit
Responsibilities:
- Breakdown integration requirements for a particular customer to be able to onboard a customer on AppZen platform for any of AppZen’s products
- Translate customer’s business process to map how AppZen application will fit in and work
- Work with customers to understand their standard operating procedures and identify elements/requirements that AppZen has to solve for
- Write product level and technical level requirements
- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects. You will outline entire roadmaps and project requirements, goals, and constraints
- Represent the team with partners and senior company leaders to align resources and prioritization.
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
- Lead product design, execution, and go-to-market, alongside a customer-focused cross-functional team (Engineering, Data Science, UX, Technical Services Relations, Marketing, Sales etc.)
- Define strategy and success metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field
- Above 6 years of experience as a PM / Business Process Analyst
- Product management experience with a focus on Enterprise Applications
- Experience managing day-to-day technical design and translating functional requirements to technical specifications
- Experience developing/launching products/technologies within one or more of the following: Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, internal tools
- Experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- Not afraid of getting technical
- Experience with SQL, ElasticSearch, and/or Python is a plus
