We’re growing rapidly & are seeking a passionate Technical Architect, SAP to drive our integration with several enterprise applications, particularly SAP. You’ll bring the end-user perspective to the table while evangelizing AppZen’s ecosystem, specifically driving customer adoption and innovation. Responsibilities include daily interactions with customers, prospects, GTM teams, and R&D teams. You will be the subject matter expert and the voice of the customer, helping to articulate their needs and embrace it through AppZen’s integrations.
This is a contract-to-hire position.
Responsibilities:
- Support and extend the existing add-on solution for SAP ECC6 and SAP S4/Hana
- Work with customers to understand their standard operating procedures and identify elements/requirements that AppZen has to solve for
- Write product level and technical level requirements
- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects
- Understanding AppZen business process and as well as Application in detail so as to act as the AppZen subject matter expert when conversing with Customers
- Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
- Define strategy and success metrics
- Produce and maintain a roadmap for the SAP add-on solution ensuring that all latest enhancements in AppZen is covered for our SAP customers from an add-on perspective
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of functional knowledge of SAP Procure to Pay PTP process
- Experience managing day-to-day technical design and translating functional requirements to technical specifications
- Hands-on coding and debugging knowledge in ABAP
- Understanding of how FICO, MM modules
- Experience in delivering reliable transports
- Experience in managing SAP team of developers to develop high quality integration products
- Ability to debug code and understand SAP error messages and provide indepth analysis
- Ability to correspond with SAP leads at Fortune 500 - speaking in SAP language
- Architecting connector solutions for SAP customers where the volume of transactions run into millions
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
