We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Director of Sales Enablement to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, GTM Operations, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to build and execute this program. This role presents an excellent opportunity to impact the success of our GTM teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, highly engaged environment and is able to work closely with GTM business partners and product marketing teams to strategically deliver measurable field enablement, methodology and product training, assets, and collateral.
The Director of Sales Enablement will produce high-quality onboarding and everboarding enablement programs. This includes enablement for products, sales tools and selling methodologies developed in an LMS. They will also determine the enablement strategy and needs based on field feedback and analysis of pipeline progression, win-loss and other metrics and KPIs.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a product and training expert on our AI-powered Finance solutions
  • Build, deliver and maintain a world-class onboarding and everboarding program for product, domain and methodology training across the GTM organization including account executives, sales development representatives, sales consultants and customer success managers
  • Assess sales skills, knowledge and areas of improvement based on Sales analytics, and create/manage training and certification programs
  • Partner with sales, product and marketing leadership to define sales support initiatives
  • Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve enablement support programs and the ongoing development and use of sales content, tools and collateral
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop sales collateral and enablement content, and manage the sales enablement content repository to ensure that all information is up-to-date and readily accessible
  • Determine content adoption metrics, training effectiveness objectives and define sales enablement best practices
  • Organize and deliver weekly learning sessions, QBRs and SKOs including the determination of agenda, content and speakers and management of all logistics and execution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in bag-carrying Sales and 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement, including operating as an instructor
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies and development in SaaS, as well as sales methodologies. MEDDPICC preferred
  • Proven ability building Sales Enablement programs including developing content and materials for training on selling methodology, product/solution and domain expertise and measurable certifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Project management experience with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in GTM software applications and productivity tools, including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot or similar), Email Sequences (Groove or similar), Customer Success (Catalyst or similar), LinkedIn Sales Manager, Learning360 (or similar LMS), Asana (or similar project management software)

Preferred:

  • Finance, and specifically AP domain process and software experience
  • Experience building and rolling out new sales enablement programs and technologies
  • Reporting and data management skills
