About the role :
As a NetSuite Integration Architect, you will be the technical visionary responsible for designing, governing, and delivering seamless bi-directional integrations between NetSuite and AppZen. You will ensure that master data (Vendors, GL Accounts, POs) and transactional data (Invoices, Expenses) flow securely and scalably, maintaining NetSuite as the "Source of Truth" while leveraging AppZen’s AI for touchless processing.
Key Responsibilities :
Architecture & Design: Lead the design and delivery of complex NetSuite integrations using SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), and RESTlets.
AI Integration: Define how AppZen’s AI-powered invoice capture and coding sync back to NetSuite to create bill records autonomously every 15 minutes.
Data Governance: Design automatic, bi-directional syncs for master data—including custom fields, cost centers, and tax codes—ensuring 100% data integrity.
Technical Advisory: Act as the primary technical advisor during implementation, guiding Fortune 500 stakeholders through complex configuration decisions and integration patterns.
Standardization: Develop reusable integration frameworks and standards to reduce custom development, accelerating time-to-value for customers.
Troubleshooting: Lead L3 support for complex integration issues, managing performance monitoring and bug-fixing during UAT and Hypercare.
Required Qualification :
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years in IT integration architecture, with at least 5+ years specializing in NetSuite.
NetSuite Mastery: Deep expertise in SuiteCloud tools (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder) and NetSuite financial modules (P2P, AP, General Ledger).
Middleware Proficiency: Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms like Celigo, Boomi, or Workato for orchestrating complex SaaS ecosystems.
Fintech Knowledge: Strong understanding of "Record-to-Report" (R2R) and "Procure-to-Pay" (P2P) workflows.
Security: Solid grasp of data privacy (GDPR), encryption, and secure API authentication (OAuth 2.0).
Preferred Skills :
Certifications: NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer or ERP Consultant.
AI Interest: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they transform traditional ERP workflows.
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical architectures into business value for C-level executives.
