Location: Remote, Australia - based in the Sydney area

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an extremely energetic and enthusiastic Field Marketing Manager to be an integral part of the expanding Arctic Wolf Marketing team.

Reporting to the Asia Pacific Marketing Director you will be responsible for driving the ANZ field marketing strategy and execution whilst working closely with the US-based corporate demand, customer marketing and local sales teams to drive leads, opportunities and pipeline growth in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the definition and implementation of direct field marketing activities to develop the ANZ region in alignment with key marketing and sales objectives and targets.

  • Develop and execute on quarterly, measurable marketing plans and budgets in line with business objectives.

  • Work closely with the Corporate Marketing Teams to adapt, localise and execute on global marketing campaigns for the relevant ANZ markets

  • Work closely with the Customer Marketing team to develop and extend marketing strategies and programs to drive customer engagement, retention and growth

  • Coordinate and project manage all direct event and marketing activities such as: webinars, trade shows, round tables, Executive visits and customer events

  • Plan, create and execute integrated multi touch campaigns that are creative, innovative, and return the required level of ROI.

  • Measure and report back to the ANZ Marketing Director on the success of all marketing campaigns utilising tools such as Allocadia, Wrike and SFDC

  • Provide, where required, marketing operational support to the local team, working closely with the corporate Marketing Operations team

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of Arctic Wolf SWAG / Merchandise for use at third party and partner events

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 years plus experience in B2B IT marketing (Cybersecurity an advantage).

  • Extensive field marketing experience working closely with sales teams and cross functional teams

  • Experience working closely with and building relationships with (US-based) Corporate Marketing Teams

  • Experience working in small, agile, and fast-moving team environments (experience working in start-up environments a plus)

  • Experience of planning and delivering creative, demand generation campaigns to generate new business

  • Experience in customer marketing with a focus on driving initiatives that support customer retention, up-sell/cross-sell, and testimonials

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills

  • Strong team player with a confident and engaging personality to build relationships with sales and marketing teams

  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and project management skills

  • Deep understanding of marketing/sales funnel and methods by which to increase opportunities and impact pipeline velocity

  • Operational minded with knowledge and understanding of SFDC to build reports, track performance and assist with operational tasks (list formatting, building out projects in Wrike, etc.)

  • Excellent at networking and building relationships

  • Strong eye for detail, hands on with the ability to get things done!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business.

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% (as required) domestically

  • Role is Sydney-based (currently working remotely)

This is a very hands-on, collaborative role in a fast-moving environment where you will be responsible for helping to build on the momentum from the launch of Arctic Wolf’s business into Australia and New Zealand.

As the ideal candidate, you will need to have a unique combination of strategic and tactical hands-on marketing management skills. Importantly you will also articulate the specific needs for the ANZ region to the global demand generation team and customer marketing teams to develop and execute relevant campaigns for our local target markets.

You will also work closely with the corporate marketing operations team to provide local operations support.

This position requires an individual who is passionate about driving growth through marketing programs and initiatives, is data driven and who is willing to be very hands on, proactive and can handle ambiguity.
