Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Administrative Manager, Concierge Security to be part of making this happen.

About the Role:

The Senior Administrative Managers, Concierge, is responsible for the hiring and administration of all Concierge Security Engineers (CSEs) and Concierge Managers for their office. This role will ensure the Concierge workforce for that location is staffed properly, is getting the training and certification they require, and to remove barriers for CSEs and Managers.

This leader will partner with other teams as well as the Operations Leaders to verify that the teams are equipped to deliver excellent results to our customers.

As a Senior Administrative Manager, Concierge Security you will:

  • Ensure proper staffing of Concierge teams for the office location they represent
  • Track and enhance talent pipeline, partnering with Recruiting to ensure long-term staffing capabilities
  • Partner with managers to conduct performance reviews and performance management
  • Ensure workforce adheres to company policy
  • Conduct reporting on the effectiveness of the Concierge workforce for their location
  • Perform Day-In-The-Life and on-site presentations for prospective customers
  • Enhance capabilities Concierge workforce, as well as development opportunities and career pathing

Who You Are:

The Senior Administrative Manager, Concierge, is a critical member of the Security Services leadership team. You will be working with and advising senior leadership, providing updates, metrics and solutions to various operational challenges and changes. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and who embraces opportunities for mentorship and strategic leadership is the ideal fit for this role.

Your experience and skillset should look like:

  • Proven ability to lead teams of people at Arctic Wolf
  • Strong capability to develop talent, including mentoring and performance managing
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and exercise judgement in reaching solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication required
  • Demonstrated success in seeing projects to completion
  • Ability to track work with many details

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years people leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to complete project work
  • Strong reporting capabilities
