Position Overview
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative position is the first interaction
prospective Enterprise customers have with Arctic Wolf.
The team is comprised of tenacious, positive, and hard-working individuals dedicated to
outstanding achievement and success of themselves, the sales team, and the company.
Arctic Wolf Networks is looking for self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented, and creative
sales team members looking to further build their career in sales. With the role being based in full-time in our Newcastle office, supporting our Dutch region
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Qualifying, capturing a high volume of leads and opportunities generated primarily
through marketing and outbound activities through phone, Internet, social media
interaction using a loosely defined script. Builds an introduction based on the industry,
using some discretion on how to open, handle common objections and close the
meetings.
Relay prospective lead information to sales team members to further validate
opportunity alignment.
Research accounts to prospect using buying intent technology such as TechTarget,
Zoom Info and 6Sense.
Outbound calling and emailing expectation of 100 dials per day and 200 emails per day.
Identify and execute monthly outbound prospecting programs in alignment with sales
and marketing.
Work hand in hand with account executives, demand generation teams and Field
Marketing teams to build qualified pipeline.
Creatively follow up on inbound leads to further pique prospect interest.
Uses Outreach tool for prospecting, leveraging email templates and call scripts, and will
recommend events as a way to create engagement on a cold call. Occasionally attend
events and tradeshows in collaboration with account executives and field marketing;
meeting with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and connecting them with sales
team members.
Consistently achieve quota.

Knowledge of and/or experience with a CRM or content management tracking system

Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organisational skills
The ability to work with a variety of internal groups
Curious, positive, and aggressive attitude
Ability to provide status updates to sales team members in a clear and concise fashion
Ability to research, utilise and leverage social media and internet to qualify leads, drive
opportunity and revenue
Key Competencies
Fluent in Dutch and English
0 – 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, lead generation,
outbound calling or equivalent
Examples of excellence in your past in terms of personal achievement
Ability to work 100% in the office
An eagerness to be coached and learn how to be a great salesperson
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on demand generation activities and pipeline generation
Prior experience with business development tools for building prospecting contact lists,
researching targeted accounts, and social selling
