About the Role

The Arctic Wolf product team is looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Managed Detection and Response product team.

As the Senior Product ManagerEndpoint, you will join the team owning the Endpoint Integrations, Agent capabilities, and edge device management and ingestion infrastructure. Working closely with our Security Services teams, customers, go-to-market and engineering, you will own the full life cycle for the product area – from concept through successful launch. You will help drive the strategic direction of the Endpoint integrations, agent capabilities, and edge device management and ingestion infrastructure. You will write product requirements by curating feedback from market research, customer research, and other stakeholders.

You will be the subject matter expert on endpoint integrations, edge device management, user experience and ingestion infrastructure. You will be responsible for the roadmap, ensuring the holistic health of the product and ensuring you are delivering on product and corporate goals. You will consistently demonstrate Arctic Wolf’s values in your work and your interactions with stakeholders.

This role requires cross-functional and cross-team collaboration, and the candidate in this role will succeed through partnership, indirect authority, and relationship building as much as technical acumen. Your primary customers in this role will be our internal security teams and our external customers.

You will also assist with the overall execution of the product function, including ensuring process requirements are met, providing suggestions and improvements to existing product processes, and mentoring and supporting other product team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • 3 years of product management experience, or similar experience with a transferrable skillset, such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, or others

  • Experience in security, data science, or other deeply technical field

  • Effective Communicator – You can communicate clearly and succinctly through verbal, written, and other forms of communication; You practice active listening, and ask insightful questions. You prioritize and communicate the right information to the right audience. You know how to cut through the noise to get to the signal and amplify the signal

  • Critical Thinker – You can dig in and get to the root of the issue. Whether its listening with your customers and asking clarifying questions, or coming up with novel solutions to problems – you are insight, inquisitive, intuitive and a problem solver.
