About the Role
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing programs. Partnering with cross functional teams and the senior manager of digital marketing, you will help to develop the strategy and execution of digital media campaigns through paid search, social (organic and paid), display, review sites and inbound digital channels (chat).
Your primary goal is to drive leads and pipeline through a mix of digital marketing tactics. Collaborating with outside vendors and other internal teams you will define strategies and tactics, manage ad program build out, budgets, ensure timely delivery, and report on results.
Responsibilities
Support strategy, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns to achieve acquisition, lead nurture, retention, cross-sell, and revenue goals
Work cross-functionally with internal marketing teams and external agencies and vendors to plan, execute and optimize global digital marketing campaigns, including web, chat, social media and advertising
Partner with content marketing, campaigns and digital marketing to optimize website chatbot, and report on and optimize results
Partner with sales development team to enable on usage of website chatbot and report on ongoing usage
Support ABM advertising digital campaign build out, participate in overall strategy and performance analysis
Support the tactical execution of multi-channel targeted lead generation campaigns, including digital ads, digital industry partnerships, social media, and more as assigned
Manage ad program development, expansion, optimization, reporting, forecasting, bid management, and budgeting in conjunction with outside advertising agency
Serve as a SME for digital campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing manager for key stakeholders across the organization (including but not limited to demand, product marketing, customer marketing, channel marketing and field marketing)
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and create ROI reports for marketing leadership as requested
Identify trends and make recommendations to optimize digital campaign spend and performance
Support continuous in-depth analysis and optimization of digital campaigns, including creative assets, landing page quality, audience management, customer journey, lead and traffic quality, campaign structure, etc.
Report on campaign efforts (Conversions, Qualified Leads, A/B tests, etc.)
Launch and measure marketing campaigns (high intent search campaigns, account-based marketing, conversion rate optimization)
Ideate new digital marketing opportunities, while staying up-to-date on latest digital marketing trends, platforms, etc.
Who You Are
Experience defining strategy and execution of paid digital marketing campaigns in paid Search, paid Display, and paid Social channels
Experience managing website chatbot
Experience developing and managing campaigns in AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Programmatic Display
Accountability for building and managing large programs and budgets
Expertise in keyword and audience research tools, website analytics tools
Expertise in B2B lead generation, lead nurture and customer journey mapping
Experience working with ABM Platforms (e.g. 6Sense)
Experience working with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo preferred)
Strong Organization, Communication and Writing Skills
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of B2B Marketing Experience
