About Us

Logistics is broken. Let’s fix it.

We are a team of engineers, product designers, and customer champions applying the most transformative technology of our times, AI, to one of the largest industries in the world: logistics. Our mission is to streamline freight brokerage, carrier management, and 3PL operations through automation, freeing teams to focus on high-value strategic work.

Overview

We're looking for an Integrations Engineer to build and maintain the connections between our distribution product, Merlin, and the ERP systems our customers use every day — things like P21, Eclipse, SAP, and NetSuite. You'll map complex data across systems, build transformation pipelines, and work directly with customers during onboarding to understand their setup and workflows. This role is equal parts coding and customer collaboration, so you need to be comfortable doing both.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with Customers – Serve as a key point of contact, identifying operational challenges and opportunities where AI Assistants can drive value. Collaborate with customers to quantify impact and define success metrics.

  • Design and build integrations between Merlin and third-party ERP systems (P21, Eclipse, SAP, Infor, NetSuite, and others) using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and data transformation pipelines

  • Partner with customers during onboarding to understand their ERP configuration, data models, and business workflows

  • Translate business requirements into technical integration specifications and lead end-to-end implementation

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across authentication, data mapping, and connectivity layers

  • Document integration patterns and contribute to a reusable library of ERP connector frameworks

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to surface customer feedback and influence the integration roadmap

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building or implementing ERP integrations (P21, Eclipse, SAP, Infor, or NetSuite strongly preferred)

  • Proficiency with REST and/or SOAP APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and API authentication methods

  • Experience with data mapping, ETL concepts, and working with ERP data models (inventory, orders, purchasing, GL, etc.)

  • Comfort reading and writing code or scripts (Python, SQL, or similar) to support integration work

  • Strong communication skills — able to work directly with customer IT teams and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale trade verticals is a plus

  • Strong adoption of AI Generative tools like Claude Code, Open AI Codex, or Google’s Gemini to help augment the generation of code, debug, and solve problems more efficiently.

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Why Join Us?

  • Competitive Salary + Stock Options

  • Comprehensive Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits

  • Flexible PTO

  • Monthly stipend

About Augment

At Augment, we set out to create a fully autonomous AI platform that streamlines operations and reclaims the human element in logistics. Our founders recognized a pattern: talented professionals were stuck handling manual data entry, phone calls, and repetitive tasks, instead of focusing on high-impact problem-solving and strategic decision-making.

That insight became our mission—to free logistics professionals from busywork so they can focus on what truly drives business growth. Augment isn’t just about efficiency; it’s about transforming an entire industry by empowering teams with AI-driven solutions that make logistics smarter, faster, and more adaptive.
