They are currently seeking Business Development Representatives to help grow their homeowner pipeline and support Account Executives in closing B2B deals. Positioned to disrupt the $1.3 trillion lodging industry, this innovative company delivers a unique guest experience that attracts demand from both traditional hotel and vacation rental markets.

Location: United States of America and Canada

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients or leads through outbound efforts (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria to determine sales readiness.
  • Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and book meetings.
  • Schedule meetings or product demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to better position your outreach.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Execute timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked.
  • Share prospect feedback and insights with internal teams to refine product offerings and sales strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, including emails and phone calls.
  • Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
