Responsibilities:

  • Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Generate new leads and actively pursue business development opportunities.
  • Present and pitch products or services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions or services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to deliver on client expectations.
  • Track account performance and prepare regular sales reports or forecasts.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities or threats.
  • Use CRM tools to document all interactions and maintain up-to-date account records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (1–3+ years depending on level).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to handle objections.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, especially in fast-paced environments.
