Product Marketing Management at ClickHouse

ClickHouse is looking to hire an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the messaging and positioning that will resonate with prospective customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, field teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and drive the increased awareness and adoption of Clickhouse.

What you will do

  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of ClickHouse
  • Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate ClickHouse in the market
  • Create high-impact marketing collateral, including website content, conference materials, presentations, and internal enablement content
  • Collaborate with the cross functional team to gather market insights and understand customer needs
  • Lead the launch of new products and features
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and inform product and marketing strategies
  • Evaluate and iterate on this strategy with metrics and feedback from stakeholders to track efficacy, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product, product marketing, or a technical role at a startup
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience and/or a deep interest in developing product positioning and messaging
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across functions and levels
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to stay current on industry trends and advancements
  • Deep understanding of databases, particularly OLAP

Bonus Points

  • Experience in ML or observability
  • Experience working at a startup
  • Fluency in SQL

General US Remote Salary Range
$115,000$153,000 USD

Compensation

This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant. For roles based in the United States, you can find above our typical starting salary ranges for this role, depending on your specific location.

The positioning of offers within a certain range depends on various factors, including: candidate experience, qualifications, skills, business requirements and geographical location.
