We’re hiring a Security Operations Engineer to secure our infrastructure and internal processes, automate manual tasks, and build out auditing frameworks for compliance as our team continues to scale globally.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement best practices to ensure that our internal development environments are operated securely and responsibly

  • Design and code integrations with internal platforms (e.g. Rippling, Drata) and external APIs (e.g. GCloud) to seamlessly onboard and offboard employees

  • Review and improve permissions related to our internal cloud resources

  • Help obtain and maintain various compliance accreditations (GDPR, SOC2, etc.)

Requirements

  • Currently based in the United States, Europe, Middle East, or Africa

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar capacity

  • Some familiarity with Go, TypeScript, or other glue languages

  • Solutions-oriented; able to balance security with the practical needs of our team

  • Passion for security, operations, and technology

Interview Process

We believe that the interview process should be consistent and enjoyable. We hope to get through the interview process in two to three weeks if schedules allow. During this time, you will be able to meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and leadership. If this position requires a take-home assessment, we will compensate you for your work and time after completion.
