This is a contract position duration begins October 3, 2023 and is though January 2024 (duration 4 months).
You must be located near Lehi, UT and be in office at least 3 days per week.
Eligibility flows through and impacts every aspect of the Collective Health platform, and we are adding to the team for seasonal increase of needs to support the receiving, processing, validating and sending our eligibility information with our partners. We exchange a high volume of files per day with customers, networks, and partners, and are looking for people to support the operation, quality, and scaling of our data management systems. You will be an important part of improving the member healthcare experience by operating and scaling our data operations platform. For the duration of this contract you will report to the Senior Manager, Eligibility Operations.
What you'll do:
- Investigate and resolve daily exceptions and errors
- Investigate/resolve discrepancy reports
- Work towards preset daily productivity goals
Your skills include:
- Experience with collaboration
- Work within defined service levels and maintaining high productivity/accuracy
- Excellent Internal and external client/partner communication
- EDI experience
- Experience working within the healthcare industry
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience working with HR Systems
- Experience working with carriers
- Experience with US healthcare systems
- Ability to follow predefined processes and communicate issues immediately as they arise.
