Why you’ll love this role:

This role will be the founding member of Cribl’s European IT team. You’ll be working independently for the first half of your work day until your North America- based colleagues come online. You’ll build relationships with a core set of users in European time zones and serve as a representative of Cribl IT there.

You’ll travel to the US approximately 2-3 times per year to participate in team meetings and support events.

As an active member of our team, you will:

  • 5-7 years of IT Experience supporting users in a cloud environment
  • Fluency with OKTA group management, configuration, integration and provisioning
  • Familiarity with AWS provisioning and role management
  • Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Gsuite, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience with MDM suites such as JAMF and InTune
  • Mac and Windows support experience

  • Support Criblanians world wide with hardware provisioning, access requests, and general IT Support
  • Execute on project based work to further automation, integrate Cribl systems, and document processes
  • Play an active role in our compliance strategy and work.
  • Document processes and procedures.
  • Empower and mentor junior team members
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after hours support
  • Support the forthcoming Cribl London office
