About the Opportunity

We seek a highly motivated, affable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to exercise independent judgment in our dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. The role is key to supporting leaders to magnify their impact through planning, prioritization, delegation, coordination, communication, and calendar management. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

What You’ll Accomplish

  • Executive Support:

    • Expertly manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones, coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and numerous travel arrangements per month.
    • Predict opportunities in executives’ schedules and travel arrangements to balance business and personal commitments.
    • Proactively manage communication and information flow in a remote environment, ensuring seamless coordination across distributed teams.
    • Prepare and submit expense reports with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proactively manage email correspondence from internal and external parties, prioritizing urgent requests and ensuring timely responses.
    • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents with high accuracy and professionalism.
    • Maintain files in Google Drive following the established filing system and naming conventions.
    • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings and events, both virtual and (occasionally) in-person, including reserving conference rooms, coordinating catering (when applicable), and preparing materials.

    Departmental Support:

    • Assist with onboarding new employees in the Legal, Security and IT departments, ensuring a smooth and positive remote onboarding experience.
    • Assist with the management of departmental budgets and track expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
    • Facilitate, coordinate, and schedule team offsites and virtual events, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
    • Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a high-growth technology company.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, and problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture and “find a way” to get the job done.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage complex schedules.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Experience supporting legal or security teams is a plus.

Salary Range ($142,000 - $177,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
