Crossbeam helps companies partner with each other in a more data-driven way by acting as a partner ecosystem. Our platform allows companies to find overlapping customers and prospects with their partners while keeping the rest of their data private and secure.

We have momentum and Crossbeam is looking to hire a strong sales leader to run our MidMarket sales segment and drive our company through its next phase of growth. In this role, you will build, coach, and manage a team of MidMarket sellers focused on new logo acquisition in our mid-sized accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with every function to drive strategic initiatives and growth. You will gain insight into customer challenges, identify key stakeholders and challenge customers’ thinking about how Crossbeam can transform how people view partnerships as a key lever in helping them achieve their business objectives. We are the industry leader and our goal is to create great customer experiences and help companies hit their revenue targets through their partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Be a needle mover! Lead a team of Account Executives to bring on new logos into our MidMarket segment.
  • Hire, motivate and coach a team of MidMarket account executives
  • Support the team in navigating, closing and expanding our MidMarket customers including providing strategic guidance on accounts.
  • Build trusted, executive-level relationships with key customers to ensure alignment with our customer’s top business objectives.
  • Ensure quarterly revenue targets are achieved.
  • Leverage data and insights to provide accurate team forecasts.
  • Identify, create and implement strategic programs, such as pipeline generation programs.
  • Participate in formulating key strategic decisions as part of the sales leadership team.

Some of your traits:

  • You have been on the ground as a sale’s person for 4-6 years. Closing experience is a must have. (Experience selling to GTM personas a plus)
  • You have 2+ years leadership experience with a SaaS company, (a PLG lead company is a huge plus!_
  • You have experience with 1k+ employee size company accounts as an IC or Leader.
  • You like to collaborate, have a team mentality, and excellent ability to identify and resolve problems. You enjoy getting hands on when learning & growing with your team.
  • You have a consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals.
  • You have experience working with Partnership programs and understand the value it brings to a company’s overall success and as a key lever for driving more revenue
  • You have excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships and work cross-functionally.
  • You have identified areas of opportunity to improve and implement new programs for positive impact (like pipeline generation programs) .
  • You know what a strong hiring profile looks like - You know what makes a top performer.
  • You are passionate about the problem that Crossbeam solves, and how we’re solving it, excites you. Geeking out about it will come naturally.
  • You speak your mind, have no issue raising concerns with company leaders, but are also able to “disagree and commit” when things don’t go your way.
  • You have well-honed sales chops, but are humble enough to always be learning from those you encounter.
  • You just read this whole list and got more excited than concerned.

*This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to Crossbeam. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role. In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $90,000- $120,000 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

HOW WE WORK

This role can be based anywhere in the US.

Crossbeam has always been committed to building a remote-first culture, even before the pandemic. We have a founder footprint in the Philadelphia area and team members distributed across the country. The majority of our collaborative work happens on Slack and Zoom.

When travel feels comfortable again, we’ll celebrate with non-mandatory team off-site meetings and events a few times a year.
