About the Role

The Manager of Sales Enablement will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to excel. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive enablement strategy, including deploying industry-leading sales methodologies like Command of the Message (by Force Management). The ideal candidate will bring experience in cybersecurity, a proven ability to deliver impactful enablement programs, and expertise in sales methodologies that drive consistency and results.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Training & Methodology Implementation:

    • Deploy the Command of the Message sales methodology to drive consistency, improve deal outcomes, and enhance customer conversations.

    • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and certifications to ensure adoption and reinforcement of the methodology.

  • Enablement Strategy Development:

    • Design, implement, and manage a scalable sales enablement framework tailored to the cybersecurity market.

    • Develop onboarding programs for new sales team members to accelerate ramp-up time.

  • Content & Tool Development:

    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create compelling sales collateral, playbooks, and battle cards.

    • Ensure alignment of content with buyer personas, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.

  • Performance Measurement & Feedback:

    • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, including sales productivity, win rates, and deal velocity.

    • Regularly collect feedback from the sales team to refine and improve enablement initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and training needs across the team.

    • Work closely with product marketing to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest product positioning and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Enablement:

    • 5+ years of experience in a sales enablement, sales training, or related role within the cybersecurity industry.

    • Strong track record of implementing sales methodologies, with hands-on experience in Command of the Message preferred.

  • Sales Expertise:

    • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity sales landscape, including familiarity with buyers' challenges, competitive dynamics, and sales cycles.

    • Experience working closely with Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Leaders to drive revenue growth.

  • Training & Facilitation Skills:

    • Exceptional ability to design and deliver impactful training programs that resonate with adult learners.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.

  • Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

    • Experience working in high-growth environments with a focus on building scalable programs.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Highspot, or similar platforms.

    • Ability to leverage data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and optimize outcomes.
