Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain Cyera’s production channels and respond to alerts
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production processes promptly.
• Learn the codebase, and apply bug fixes where appropriate
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement measures to enhance overall system performance.
• Become a technical expert and provide answers to questions from product stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for production processes and configurations.
• Occasionally be required to provide on-call for timely response to production issues outside of regular business hours.

Advantage:

• Computer science degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in a QA / production engineering or related role.
• Solid understanding of production systems, networking, and infrastructure.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
