THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and experienced analyst to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will analyze large data sets, conduct complex analyses for internal analysis and KPIs, and external customer-facing analysis. You'll be an integral part of Cyera and a crucial part of the business. The team holds the analysis function to enable decision-making for the company's R&D teams, product managers, and engineering teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the data expert across various projects, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization.
- Conduct thorough analysis and ongoing data monitoring within cloud environments to meet customer requirements and support ongoing business deals.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, reports, and metrics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data presented.
- Engage in product analysis and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes within internal R&D projects.
- Handle extensive datasets effectively, leveraging tools and methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the data analysis field.
- Experience with product analysis and serving data insights for the decision-making process.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, with a proven track record of querying and analyzing large, complex datasets.
- Exhibit advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Show initiative and autonomy in driving projects forward, requiring minimal supervision.
- Display a genuine passion for understanding consumer needs and use cases, driving informed decision-making processes.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION:
In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.
