Your Impact:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to work in partnership with our Vice President in North America to drive revenue growth across the Americas Region. This critical role will be responsible for optimizing our revenue operations processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering actionable insights to fuel growth.

A Typical Day

  • Data Consolidation and Analysis:
  • Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement and Project Management:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales, marketing, account management and customer success operations.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, such as sales enablement initiatives, marketing campaign optimizations, and billing process improvements.
  • Develop and execute project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Foster strong relationships and collaboration between sales, partnerships, account management, customer success, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment on shared goals and objectives.
  • Resolve cross-functional issues and conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Research and Analytics:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve revenue performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive sales, marketing, account management and customer success initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems and processes.
  • Maintain a high level of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Executive Support:
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for the VP of Americas.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and insights to drive business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Your Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and other relevant tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot).
  • A strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
