About the role
As a Campaign Manager you will own the execution and logistics of Dremio's integrated marketing programs globally. This is an execution-focused role responsible for ensuring campaigns, webinars, and marketing activities are delivered on time, aligned across teams, and supported with the right assets, workflows, and follow-up motions. You'll be the connective tissue across our marketing organization, ensuring seamless coordination between Digital, Content, Product Marketing, Events, and Sales Development teams.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives on project management, and excels at keeping multiple workstreams moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end logistics of integrated campaigns, tracking all tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
- Work cross-functionally with Digital, Content, PMM, Events, and SDR teams to coordinate timing, assets, and execution steps
- Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and task lists to ensure visibility and accountability across the organization
- Ensure all campaign components (emails, ads, landing pages, creative, workflows) are delivered correctly, with high quality and on schedule
Marketing Calendar & Workflow Management
- Own the global marketing activity calendar across webinars, tradeshows, product launches, and integrated campaigns
- Prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure teams have advance notice of upcoming initiatives
- Run regular cross-functional planning meetings to share updates and confirm campaign readiness
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and checklists to standardize execution across programs
Webinar Execution
- Coordinate all logistics for webinars including scheduling, speaker preparation, internal reminders, dry runs, and technical setup
- Partner with Product Marketing and Evangelists on content delivery and guest speaker engagement
- Manage promotional timelines, landing page requests, registration setup, and follow-up workflows
- Ensure strong email promotion to drive registration goals and comprehensive post-webinar follow-up
Event Marketing Support
- Support Events and Field Marketing teams by managing marketing execution elements for tradeshows and events
- Develop and execute pre-event email promotions and nurture sequences to drive registration targets
- Coordinate landing pages, registration workflows, QR code flows, and event marketing assets
- Manage post-event follow-up emails, SDR handoff lists, and campaign workflows to maximize pipeline conversion
- Track key deliverables and ensure all pre-, during-, and post-event marketing tasks are completed on time
Campaign Execution & Quality Control
- Coordinate email builds in Marketo, list pulls, landing page requests, UTM tracking, and routing through Marketing Operations
- Review assets for completeness and brand compliance before launch
- Ensure campaigns go live correctly and monitor for errors or issues
- Maintain operational hygiene across all marketing programs
Reporting & Documentation
- Partner with Marketing Operations to pull performance data and create campaign summaries
- Track key metrics: attendance, leads by source, pipeline influence, and follow-up progression for webinars and events
- Ensure all post-campaign documentation and follow-up tasks are completed
- Provide regular status updates and escalate issues when timelines are at risk
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in marketing project coordination, campaign execution, or events/logistics
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Experience coordinating across many stakeholders with competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors before launch
- Excellent communication skills and consistent follow-through
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo strongly preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce), and project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
- Willingness to work adjusted hours to collaborate with US-based marketing and sales teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with event platforms (Bizzabo or similar)
- Background supporting demand generation or field marketing teams
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and lead nurturing strategies
- Experience in data/analytics, cloud, or enterprise software sectors
- Additional European language skills
