About the role

Every has experienced tremendous growth and adoption, tripling revenue YoY and onboarding over 1,000 customers. Ready for our next stage of growth, we're building our sales team and are looking for a talented Account Executive!

This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first, full sales cycle roles we hire. You will be responsible for generating new pipeline, both from outbound prospecting and handling inbound demand. • Strong foundation of outbound prospecting (net new)

    • Willingness and ability to provide example(s) of previous success

  • Proven history of consistently exceeding goals

  • Polished communication and presentation skills

  • Experience with common sales tech stack (i.e. lead sourcing, CRM, engagement platforms)

  • Experience working with Hubspot, LISN, Clay, Instantly and/or HeyReach

  • working in fintech, and specifically for companies who offer banking and/or payroll products
