Your next career:
As the Director of Growth and ABM Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for our organization. Your strategic mindset, leadership abilities, and expertise in ABM will be critical to the success of our marketing efforts. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with the Revenue team and others to identify opportunities, devise effective marketing campaigns, and optimize customer acquisition and retention efforts. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth through targeted account-based marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute ABM Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive ABM strategies to engage key target accounts, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts, develop account plans, and implement personalized marketing campaigns.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and manage a team of skilled marketing professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their professional growth and optimize team performance. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Revenue Growth Optimization: Drive revenue growth by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and sales data. Identify opportunities to optimize the sales funnel, improve conversion rates, and increase customer acquisition and retention. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
- Account-Based Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute integrated ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and account-specific initiatives. Ensure campaigns are targeted, personalized, and aligned with the buyer's journey to drive engagement and conversions.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success. Align marketing strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, identify key accounts, and support pipeline development.
- Technology Evaluation and Implementation: Identify best-in-class ABM technology that will propel the overall business and campaigns forward. Determine and prioritize key features and functionalities of the technology needed. Work cross-functionally with teams, including Sales Operations and Finance to fund and implement.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and marketing initiatives. Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop innovative marketing strategies. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and growth.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or ABM roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools is a must.
- Strong understanding of ABM principles and practices, including account segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes and revenue optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information:
This role will receive a competitive salary, along with a variable compensation, equity and benefits. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation - including a candidates professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base salary for this role will be between USD $153k and 204K.
