In just over a year, we've grown 10x, raised a $20M Series A, and become the pre-litigation partner of choice for top personal injury firms across the country. We believe the best outcomes happen when expert operators and purpose-built AI work together – which is why we handle every step of pre-lit, from intake and claim opening to medical records, lien management, and demands, with humans leading every case.
We’re backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, and the founders & CEOs of generational companies like DoorDash, Ironclad, and Digits. We’re rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles, and we’re hiring exceptional operators to help us scale it nationwide.

The Role
For the firms who already know us, Finch has a strong brand: deep expertise, operators they trust with their cases, and a team that puts clients first. Paid is scaling. What we haven't built is a consistent organic presence, the kind that reaches the firms who don't know us yet and shows up every day.
You'll take the brand we're known for and bring it to life across organic, paid, and LinkedIn, in a voice that sounds like us. You’ll partner closely with our marketing lead and the broader growth team, so more personal injury firms know Finch and understand the value we bring.
What You'll Do
A steady stream of scroll-stopping, phone-first content across every platform. You're a production team of one, with all the equipment and AI tools you need (and want).
One story that lands everywhere it should. You take a single idea and cut it for each channel, a native organic version, a paid version, a LinkedIn version, and you know which message works where and why.
Showcase our deep expertise and our personality impossible to miss. That comes from turning raw material from founders, customers, the growth team, and our engineers into content with a real point of view.
Key leaders at Finch, consistently visible on LinkedIn. You spot the themes worth posting and keep a steady cadence going for them.
One interview or one customer story, stretched into a week of content. Your AI workflows multiply the output and cut your editing time.
Channels that feel alive and human. You stay on top of comments and DMs instead of letting them sit.
Who We Have in Mind
Must-haves
Phone-first is how you shoot. Your portfolio is work you personally shot and cut from your phone, not briefs you handed off. You know what makes people stop, watch, and share.
AI-native. You're fluent in the current tools, you build your own workflows, and you ship solo what used to need a team. Bonus energy for AI video and graphics.
You adapt one story across channels. You instinctively ask "how does this land on LinkedIn, how does this cut as a paid ad, what's the hook for organic.” Same story, built right for each audience.
Built to ship. You'd rather post five things and learn than polish one for a month. Relentless bias to action, always experimenting.
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with legal, legal-ops, or B2B services or genuine appetite to learn the paralegal / case-manager world.
Hands-on paid social: building ad creative and understanding how to optimize for paid objectives, not just community building.
Motion graphics and short-form editing range.

You want the calendar handed to you. There's no content lead writing your brief or handing you a shot list. If you do your best work inside someone else's structure, this won’t be for you.
You're uncomfortable working with people you don't know well. Bringing our stories to life means reaching out to folks across the company you might not work with day to day, from founders to engineers, and pulling the good material out of them.
