We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Manager, Marketing Technology to join our team. Reporting into the IT department, this individual will be responsible for overseeing the company website and marketing analytics, ensuring they are effectively integrated with our broader technology stack and aligned with our marketing objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website to ensure it reflects current branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and IT to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in web design, user experience, and SEO to continually enhance the company's online presence.
  • Manage marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze key performance metrics across various marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to marketing stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to define KPIs, establish benchmarks, and track progress towards marketing goals.
  • Any other tasks assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years experience in website management, digital marketing, and marketing analytics, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • 2+ years of successful management experience.
  • Strong technical proficiency with web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong people leadership skills.
This role is for a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology role and the base pay range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
