We are looking for Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will design, build, and scale end-to-end features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and AWS-based cloud services. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.For Lead-level candidates, this role also involves technical ownership, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Build scalable and reliable backend services using modern architectures
  • Develop responsive, performant user interfaces
  • Design and integrate APIs and third-party services
  • Work extensively with AWS services to build cloud-native solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Required Skills

  • 3–10 years of professional experience in Full Stack development
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript and React
  • Experience building backend services (Node.js or equivalent)
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
  • Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
  • Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
