We are currently seeking a highly accomplished and dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) to oversee our Central Region. As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the Central Region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Central Region.
About you:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas.
- Extensive experience in sales within the 50 to 5,000 life segment.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
The base salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $175,000 annually. This position is also commission eligible. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
