As a Recruiting Operations Associate on Garner’s Talent Team, you will have the opportunity to make an enormous impact at a fast-growing, mission-driven startup. This role will be responsible for driving forward the most important key to our success: the talent. We’re looking for someone who’s highly detail-oriented, loves working with people, and is passionate about creating systemized processes to help scale our hiring.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, document, implement, and protect recruiting processes while seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Improve our candidate experience and build interest by thinking creatively and holistically about how Garner is presented
  • Drive resume review & sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite recruitment for high-volume hiring
  • Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel for high-volume hiring
  • Schedule calls, video interviews, and interview debriefs across time zones in a fast-paced environment (this role will act as backup to our recruiting coordinator)
  • Manage recruiting pipelines, stay in close contact with candidates, and provide updates regarding their application and interview status
  • Pull and build reports to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results to the team
  • Build high-trust relationships with recruiters and interviewers and maintain timely communication
  • Maintain data integrity of our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Support special projects and other ad-hoc initiatives across Talent Team as needed

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 2+ years of relevant recruiting operations or coordination experience, preferably in a startup or recruiting agency
  • Experience working with Greenhouse applicant tracking system (required) and Google Suite
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data to drive continuous improvements in the recruitment process
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and project management
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with an ability to juggle concurrent urgent tasks
  • Care deeply about creating a high-touch, efficient, and positive experience with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
  • Excitement around the challenge of building and scaling a recruiting function
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the US healthcare system

The target base salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $90,000 annually. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
