About the Role: We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help build, scale, and operate the infrastructure behind our identity-centric cybersecurity platform. In this role, you will take ownership of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, reliability, and security of a highly available, cloud-native SaaS B2B system built on microservices architecture. You will work closely with software engineers, product, and security teams to ensure our platform is scalable, resilient, and production-ready at all times. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on ownership, building systems from the ground up, and working in a fast-paced startup where infrastructure decisions directly impact product success and customer trust.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability; implement alerting and incident response processes.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to improve system architecture, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and automation best practices.
• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across cloud and production environments.
• Take full ownership of DevOps processes from development to production and beyond.
  

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience as a DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineer in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience working with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and Docker.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD systems and release automation.
• Strong understanding of system reliability, monitoring, performance, and security.
• Experience working with infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
  

Significant Advantages:

• Experience with highly available microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with Python and supporting backend teams in production environments.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
