The Role

As Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of Legora’s day-to-day operations, ensuring that the company runs efficiently and scales rapidly. We’re looking for a new team member to help accelerate our global growth. This is a unique opportunity for someone excited to help build a company from the ground up - working with talented, ambitious teammates in a fast-paced environment, and taking full ownership of a broad range of impactful projects.

The operations team works cross-functionally across all of Legora - solving problems, setting up systems, and streamlining everything from sales and legal to marketing and recruiting. We act as the connective tissue of the company, driving structure, clarity, and momentum across the business.

What You’ll Do

Let's get one thing clear, the type of work you will be allowed to carry out and be exposed to here with us does not fit into a list of bullet points. One day you will be looking at new office locations across the world, the next day you will help a team make purchasing decisions for a new software, actually both of those events will probably happen before your second cup of coffee in the morning. However, people love lists so we wrote one; in this role you will:

• Collaborate with the operations team to design and implement scalable internal processes
  

• Support and lead strategic initiatives that fuel growth and operational efficiency
  

• Manage and execute cross-functional projects, from software procurement to large-scale team events, office builds, and more
  

• Partner with teams across the company to identify operational bottlenecks and implement pragmatic solutions
  

• Own and drive high-priority projects from idea to completion
  

• Act as a generalist, jumping into the most critical needs of the business at any given time

About You

• 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting (e.g. MBB) or in operations roles at high-growth startups
  

• A fast learner with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for action
  

• Excellent communicator and effective collaborator across functions
  

• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by a dynamic, fast-changing environment, not afraid to do the grunt work necessary to get something done
