The role:
We’re hiring a Marketing & BDR Operations Manager to act as the strategic and operational partner to our Marketing and Business Development (BDR) teams at Legora. This is a cross-functional role for someone who can bridge analytical insight, system implementation, and stakeholder enablement across a global GTM team.
You will own the full-funnel operations and systems that power our demand generation, inbound and outbound motions, and pipeline conversion. Your work will inform strategy, improve execution, and unlock growth across the top of our funnel.
What you will be doing:
- Act as the primary Revenue Ops partner to Marketing and BDR leaders globally, have a dotted line to the VP of Marketing
- Own reporting and analytics for:
- Marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
- BDR-driven outbound pipeline
- Funnel conversion rates from MQL/Meeting to Won ARR
- Drive insights on what's working, what’s not, and where to double down
- Design and maintain systems to support BDR workflows, lead routing, scoring, attribution, and campaign tracking (Salesforce + MAPs + other GTM tools)
- Collaborate with the RevOps, Marketing, and Sales Development leadership to ensure alignment on process, data models, and handoffs
- Become a trusted voice in strategic planning —connecting activities to outcomes, and identifying gaps or bottlenecks
- Translate stakeholder needs into prioritized, scalable projects
- Have a high bar for ownership, be scrappy, and be results + execution oriented
Who you are:
- 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations or GTM (Performance Marketing etc)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and EQ skills—you can turn a table of raw data into a strategic insight, and share the right insights to the right people in the right format
- Confident working in Salesforce, lead management tools, and marketing automation platforms
- Systems savvy—you understand how tools connect across the funnel and can speak fluently with both operators and systems architects
- You build trust fast by understanding how your stakeholders work and showing up with answers, solutions, and curiosity
- Comfortable working in a global team environment with distributed stakeholders
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift and autonomy is valued

Culture & Travel:
This is an in-office role based in Stockholm (5 days/week). Travel to NYC is expected to meet with cross-functional partners.
