About Us
Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.
Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.
Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.
When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.
We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?
The Role
You’ll be at the center of how Legora builds, launches, and scales strategic content partnerships, from first conversation to long-term collaboration. Reporting directly into our VP Partnerships, you’ll create and manage a portfolio of publisher and data partners, ensuring each relationship is established, integrated, and expanded over time.
This is a highly cross-functional role that blends commercial strategy, relationship management, product management and execution. You’ll coordinate closely with stakeholders from our product, legal and marketing departments to make sure partnership content is successfully onboarded, activated, and seen by the right audiences.
You’ll thrive if you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on delivery and if you’re energized by making things happen through people.
What You’ll Do
That is all good and well, but if you’re reading this you are probably the kind of person who wants more details, don't worry - we made a list. In this role you will:
• Drive the full lifecycle of Legora’s content partnerships - from identifying opportunities to negotiating terms, launching, and scaling them.
• Own day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring smooth communication, delivery, and long-term value creation.
• Collaborate with marketing to coordinate joint campaigns and visibility efforts.
• Work closely with our Legal Content & Data Manager to ensure seamless data ingestion and integration into the platform.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Represent Legora externally with credibility and warmth — you’ll often be the face of Legora to some of our most strategic partners.
What You’ll Bring
We believe that a successful candidate can have multiple backgrounds stepping into this role. You may have worked in partnerships before, perhaps even with publishers in some shape or form. You may also have a classic MBB background but now find yourself on a track that isn’t necessarily as exciting as you thought it would be. Regardless you find the prospect of being part of building something from the ground up exciting and you are keen to get your hands dirty and have true impact where it actually counts. Moreover we would think that you have one of more of the following traits on your resumé:
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, or business development - ideally from consulting (MBB or similar) or a high-growth environment in publishing, tech, or adjacent industries. If you have a legal background we certainly wouldn’t hold it against you but more importantly you have worked with third parties closely over time.
• Proven ability to take partnerships from A–Z: building, executing, and nurturing them over time.
• A strong commercial mindset: you’re motivated by building value, not just signing deals.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• A “people-first” approach: you build trust quickly and get things done through collaboration.
