About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

About the role

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and execute lifecycle and campaign automation that moves prospects and accounts through the funnel, from first touch to pipeline, retention and expansion.

This is a campaign- and journey-focused role, centered on building high-quality automated experiences that support demand generation, ABM and adoption/retention marketing programs. You’ll be a hands-on power user of our marketing automation tools translating strategy into scalable, high-performing lifecycle programs.

You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation and partner closely with performance marketing, product marketing and sales teams to turn strategy into automated execution.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys that support inbound, outbound, ABM, and post–sign-up product adoption motions

  • Execute lead and account nurture programs aligned to ICPs, buying stages, and sales priorities

  • Create and optimize email programs, triggers, and multi-step campaign flows

  • Personalize messaging and journeys based on segment, role, firmographics, and engagement signals

  • Support ABM initiatives with automated account-level engagement and sales alerts

  • Partner with product marketing and product teams to manage product lifecycle communications — including onboarding, feature releases, adoption campaigns, and customer education

  • Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to operationalize campaigns across channels

  • Monitor campaign- and journey-level performance and continuously optimize engagement and conversion

  • Develop and maintain regular campaign and lifecycle performance reports, interpreting data to provide actionable insights to marketing, sales, and product teams

  • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time, following agreed data and process standards

  • Document workflows and contribute to repeatable lifecycle best practices

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation or lifecycle marketing in a B2B environment

  • Hands-on experience building campaigns and journeys in tools like Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), Customer.io or HubSpot

  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and account-based marketing concepts

  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data, including A/B tests, conversion rates, and deliverability, and translate insights into optimization strategies

  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau, Looker, or internal BI tools)

  • Experience partnering with demand gen, sales or product marketing teams on campaign execution

  • Comfortable translating messaging and strategy into automated, scalable programs

  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and proactive in identifying optimization opportunities

  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving environment

Bonus if you have

  • Experience supporting ABM or enterprise B2B sales motions

  • Background in SaaS, legal tech, or AI-driven products

  • Familiarity with personalization, behavioral triggers, and engagement scoring

  • Experience collaborating closely with a RevOps or Marketing Ops team
