We’re hiring a Strategic Finance Lead to take full ownership of Legora’s pricing and packaging strategy. You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, product, and go-to-market, with a clear mandate: design a pricing model that reflects customer value, supports our growth ambitions, and scales with the business.
This is a senior, high-impact individual contributor role reporting directly to the CFO. You’ll work closely with the executive team and be a trusted partner to Sales and Product leadership. The scope is broad, the problems are complex, and the influence is real.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and evolving how Legora monetises its products.
Own Legora’s pricing and packaging strategy end to end, across products, customer segments, and geographies
Design and iterate pricing models that balance customer value, revenue growth, and long-term scalability
Lead deep pricing and monetisation analyses, including willingness-to-pay, discounting dynamics, margins, and competitive positioning
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, supporting deal structuring, pricing exceptions, and complex commercial discussions
Collaborate closely with Product to translate roadmap decisions into clear, compelling packaging and value narratives
Build and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing changes, new offerings, and their short- and long-term impact
Establish clear principles, guardrails, and governance for pricing decisions as the company continues to scale
Communicate pricing strategy and trade-offs clearly to the CFO, leadership team, and other senior stakeholders
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is both highly analytical and deeply commercial — someone who enjoys owning a critical lever in the business.
7–10+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, Consulting, or similar roles
Strong, hands-on experience owning or shaping pricing, packaging, or monetisation in a B2B or SaaS context
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity, and making high-stakes decisions with imperfect information
Commercially sharp — you understand how pricing influences customer behaviour, sales execution, and long-term value creation
Confident working directly with senior leaders and executives across Finance, Sales, and Product
Structured, thoughtful, and able to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations
Nice to Have
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or scale-up environment
Exposure to usage-based, hybrid, or value-based pricing models
Background in management consulting, investment banking, or revenue strategy
