About the Role

We’re hiring an Engineering Director to lead and scale our engineering organization. You’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping our technical direction, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional products in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

This is a senior, high-impact position with real ownership and decision-making authority. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product and leadership to drive innovation and ensure our engineering practices enable ambitious business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve engineering strategy, processes, and execution to meet business objectives

• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams

• Drive technical excellence across architecture, systems, and development workflows

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high trust within engineering

• Partner with cross-functional leaders in Product and Finance to align priorities and execute efficiently

• Implement process improvements, automation, and scalable systems to support high growth

• Oversee delivery of complex projects from inception to launch with a focus on reliability, security, and speed

• Establish best practices for code quality, technical documentation, and compliance

• Lead hiring and professional development for the engineering organization

• Serve as a key technical advisor to senior leadership on strategic direction and investments

Who You Are

• Several years of experience in progressive engineering leadership roles

• Proven track record leading teams and delivering high-quality products in high-growth or technology-driven environments

• Deep technical expertise across modern architectures, systems design, and development methodologies

• Skilled in building, motivating, and scaling teams in dynamic organizations

• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across functions and all levels of the company

• Passion for innovation, automation, and fostering a high-trust, low-ego culture
