What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary partner to Legora’s enterprise North American customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
Own the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of high-value, complex legal teams—building tailored engagement strategies grounded in Legora’s playbooks and customer context.
Lead onboarding and implementation with precision, establishing a strong foundation and ensuring seamless deployment from day one.
Drive platform adoption through structured enablement, value-based success planning, and ongoing executive-level touchpoints.
Act as a strategic advisor to legal teams in partnership with Legal Engineering—clarifying goals, uncovering new use cases, and influencing internal resourcing.
Identify, shape, and close expansion opportunities; confidently lead commercial conversations including renewals, upsells, and multi-team expansions.
Monitor customer health across a sophisticated book of business, proactively mitigating risks and designing solutions that ensure long-term retention.
Lead customer community programming, elevating peer knowledge-sharing and champion engagement across your portfolio.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to convert client insights into roadmap input, messaging evolution, and scalable enablement.
Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of Legora’s Customer Success playbook—bringing forward learnings, piloting new approaches, and coaching junior teammates on consultative strategies.
What You Bring
7+ years in management consulting or a similar client advisory role, a customer-facing role in high-growth B2B SaaS owning complex/strategic accounts, or within the Legal space (LegalTech or within a Firm).
Experience working with legal teams, regulated industries, or similarly sophisticated professional services clients; legal tech or law firm experience is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive retention, expansion, and multi-stakeholder engagement across a complex book of business.
A commercial mindset—comfortable identifying growth opportunities, managing high-stakes renewals, and leading consultative upsell motions.
Proven success navigating ambiguous customer situations, designing solutions, and influencing internal teams to secure required resources.
High EQ and executive presence, with the judgment to know when to listen deeply, when to guide, and when to drive decisions forward.
Exceptional change management, project management, and stakeholder management skills; adept at orchestrating complex, cross-functional implementations and workstreams
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, including comfort engaging with senior leaders at large organizations.
Experience working in fast-paced or early-stage environments—energized by building and improving processes, not just following them.
Data fluency and a metrics-driven approach to customer health, forecasting, and account strategy.
Endless curiosity and a hands-on approach to learning the nuances of a bleeding edge generative AI platform to deliver value to customers.
A passion for in-office collaboration—we are in-office 5 days per week in our beautiful Union Square HQ, building together.
