About Us
Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.
Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we’re turning possibility into reality.
Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.
When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn’t good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you’re excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.
We’re not just shaping the future of legal tech — we’re defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?
About the Role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Director to lead how our EMEA GTM engine runs, day in, day out. You'll report into the Global Head of RevOps and work closely with EMEA Sales & CS leadership, Global RevOps & Systems, Finance, and Deal Desk. You'll own field execution, commercial operations, and the operating rhythm that keeps our teams aligned, accurate, and moving fast. You'll be embedded with sales and CS leadership across the region, making sure teams have what they need to execute and feeding insights back to shape how we operate globally.
What You'll Own
EMEA GTM Execution & Operating Cadence
Run the operational heartbeat for EMEA: forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and deal hygiene
Champion adoption of GTM processes and standards across the region
Field Operations & Enablement
Be the operational partner EMEA Sales and CS leaders rely on for territory execution, capacity planning, ramp tracking, and the day-to-day needs of field teams
Make sure reps can spend their time selling, not navigating process
Commercial Operations & Deal Support
Own the regional commercial workflow: deal support, pricing and discounting, approval processes, and handoffs to Deal Desk and Finance
Keep regional execution tight and aligned with global commercial policy
Pipeline, Forecast & Performance Insights
Drive pipeline quality and forecast accuracy across the region
Deliver sharp, actionable insights on coverage, conversion, velocity, and deal risk
Partner with RevOps and Finance to strengthen predictability
Regional Execution Feedback Loop
Be the voice of EMEA back to global RevOps: surfacing process friction, tooling gaps, and data quality issues
Help shape the systems and workflows that the whole company runs on
Who You Are
Proven experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
You've supported EMEA field teams before and understand the complexity of operating across markets
Forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution are second nature to you
You know how to drive process adoption without creating bureaucracy
Strong communicator who builds trust with sales leaders and finance alike
What's in It for You
Global collaboration: Partner with teams and clients across Stockholm, New York, London, and Sydney
Competitive package: Comprehensive salary, benefits, and tools for success
Meaningful work: Your efforts shape how thousands of lawyers use AI daily
In-person environment: Stockholm office designed for ambitious builders
