The role:

As a Technical Delivery Manager at Legora, you will play a central role in ensuring that our customers successfully deploy, integrate, and adopt our AI-native platform. You will lead end-to-end delivery of technical implementations, from SSO to document-management integrations, while acting as the technical point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and ongoing partnership.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to manage project timelines, ensure high-quality execution, and continuously improve the rollout experience. Alongside your delivery work, you will support complex technical queries escalated by the support team and help strengthen our internal enablement processes.

Your work will shape how seamlessly new customers go live, how effectively they scale within Legora, and how confidently our teams can deliver best-in-class experiences.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan, execute, manage, and deliver integration projects from kickoff through go-live readiness, ensuring they are completed on time and meet Legora’s quality standards.

  • Coordinate closely with technical, commercial, and partner teams to align implementation requirements and guarantee a smooth rollout experience.

  • Lead the setup and configuration of customer environments, including SSO and authentication workflows, DMS integrations (iManage, SharePoint, NetDocuments), and relevant data or API-based connections.

  • Act as the main technical contact during implementation and early adoption phases.

  • Deliver technical training or guidance to customer teams on configuration, workflows, and best practices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues post-go-live, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements, communicate project progress, and manage expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  • Support technically complex or escalated customer issues, while working to enhance the overall enablement of the support function to minimise recurring escalations.

  • Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to share insights from technical delivery projects and customer interactions, influencing roadmap decisions and improving future implementations.

  • Continuously support client partnerships from a technical perspective, including troubleshooting, optimisation, and identifying opportunities for additional value.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, integration, or a similar customer-facing technical role.

  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols and hands-on experience configuring SSO and related identity systems.

  • Strong background in integrations with enterprise systems including document management systems (APIs, DMS platforms, iManage, SharePoint, etc.)

  • Comfortable translating technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences.

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with a structured, proactive, and strategic approach to resolving blockers.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across customer and internal teams.

  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple parallel projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
