As our Office Manager, you will shape the heartbeat of our workplace. This role is critical to creating a welcoming, organized, and high-functioning office that supports our growing team. As we continue to scale, we need someone who can own day-to-day office operations while elevating the employee experience in meaningful, thoughtful ways.

In a typical week, you might coordinate with building management, plan an in-office team event, troubleshoot a facilities issue, support onboarding logistics for a new hire, and partner with People Ops on an employee experience initiative. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy, with the opportunity to continuously improve how our office runs and how our team feels at work.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-run workplace

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, vendors, and service providers, proactively resolving facilities and operational issues

  • Act as the first line of support for employees’ office and workplace needs, delivering a friendly and professional experience

  • Plan and execute employee experience initiatives, including team events, office lunches, and in-office culture programs

  • Partner closely with the People Ops Manager to support onboarding, offboarding, equipment coordination, and workplace logistics

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance office efficiency and employee satisfaction

  • Jump into special projects and evolving operational needs, adapting quickly as priorities shift

What you Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or a related role

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously

  • Experience using modern workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and calendaring systems

  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve practical problems

  • Clear, friendly communication skills and a strong service-oriented approach

  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for improving systems, processes, and employee experiences

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

  • Experience with HRIS or ATS systems

  • Basic IT troubleshooting or office technology support experience

  • Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

  • Exposure to people operations processes or employee engagement programs

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.
