The role:
As Leya’s Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we present our brand to the world. You’ll lead our marketing efforts, defining strategies to elevate our visibility, engage legal professionals worldwide, and drive growth. As the first dedicated marketing hire, you’ll work closely with our founders and lead designer and have the opportunity to set the foundation for how we approach communication and branding in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
What you will be doing:
Collaborate closely with the founders and senior staff across design, product, growth, and operations to ensure marketing aligns with business objectives.
Own and execute our brand strategy, communications, and overall marketing initiatives, building a cohesive and impactful presence across all channels.
Develop and manage content creation, including thought leadership pieces, social media campaigns, customer success stories, and industry whitepapers.
Implement performance-driven marketing campaigns to generate demand, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive customer acquisition.
Enhance our visibility in the B2B SaaS space by optimizing for organic growth (SEO), paid campaigns, and partnerships with industry influencers or organizations.
Monitor and analyze the success of campaigns, leveraging data to inform decision-making and improve ROI.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all external messaging resonates with our mission and core values.
Who you are:
You have 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing, with a proven track record of driving impactful campaigns and measurable results.
You’re self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects independently while maintaining high standards.
You excel at taking initiative and bring a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
You’re an exceptional communicator, fluent in English, with the ability to craft compelling messages. Additional language skills are a plus.
You’re adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about building something truly special alongside a high-performing team.
