The role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Lead to take ownership of our internal IT operations and infrastructure. You will own IT infrastructure and operations in a fast-growing, international scale-up, working cross-functionally with leadership to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities include managing IT operations, automating workflows, handling user lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding), overseeing hardware procurement and asset management, and optimizing SaaS procurement and budgeting. You’ll drive identity and access management (IAM), mobile device management (MDM), and administer key tools like Google Workspace and Slack. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize productivity platforms (Google Workspace, GitHub, Slack, Miro, Linear, etc.)

• Ensure employees have the necessary tools and systems while keeping costs efficient

• Automate workflows and integrate tools to eliminate unnecessary manual tasks

• Implement zero-touch onboarding/offboarding processes across all tools

• Oversee patch management, support, and configuration of laptops and mobile devices

• Manage identity and access management (IAM) and security protocols

• Maintain office technology, including internet, alarms, and meeting room setups

• Ensure policies and controls aligned with SOC2 and ISO standards are implemented and adhered to

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or related roles

• Hands-on experience with IAM, MDM, and SaaS management, in cloud based companies

• Strong understanding of automation and workflow optimization

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with SOC2 and ISO compliance

• Prior experience in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment
