About Us: Liberate Innovations Inc. is a Series-A funded AI company focused on revolutionizing the insurance industry through advanced technology solutions. We are seeking a Vice President of High-Frequency Sales to lead our efforts in driving rapid sales growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a high-frequency sales strategy aimed at rapidly increasing revenue and market share.
Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on selling AI-driven insurance solutions to enterprise clients.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Drive the adoption of sales automation tools and data-driven methodologies to optimize the sales process and increase efficiency.
Monitor and report on key sales metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership on progress, challenges, and strategic adjustments.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and drive business development.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or AI sectors.
Proven track record of driving high-frequency sales in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong understanding of AI, technology, and the insurance industry, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to enterprise clients.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building, managing, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
Expertise in sales strategy development, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with sales automation tools and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a startup or Series-A/B company environment.
Background in insurance technology or financial services.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
