职责描述 (What You’ll Do)

• 客户管理 (DTP)： 管理大型企业客户的 DTP 需求，针对高度定制化的排版要求，深入理解客户偏好。

• 质量管理： 负责项目级的 DTP 质量监控，确保所有项目严格遵守操作指令，满足各项质量标准。

• 团队协作： 与客户审阅方、项目经理以及排版人员紧密合作，确保最终 DTP 交付物完全符合规范。

• 质量保证 (QA)： 进行详细的 QA 检查，确保产出无误、符合客户准则并达到行业标准。

• 沟通协调： 就设计调整、技术限制和交付时间点，与内部团队及客户进行清晰的沟通。

• 故障排除： 解决因语言转换或技术限制产生的字体、版式、图像兼容性等相关问题。

• 格式与排版： 对多语种翻译内容进行排版与格式化，确保与原稿及客户规范保持高度一致。

• 文件预处理： 通过提取和格式化内容，准备待翻译文件（包括 InDesign, Illustrator, Word, PowerPoint 等格式）。

• 本地化调整： 对图像、图表、文档等视觉元素进行本地化处理，以符合目标语言和地区的要求。

• 软件运用： 熟练使用 Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, FrameMaker, QuarkXPress 等 DTP 工具产出高质量的本地化文档。

• 版本控制： 对同一文档的多个版本进行组织管理，确保项目交付的准确性。

• 文件转换： 根据项目需求在不同文件格式间切换，并精准还原原始设计。

核心技能与任职资格 (Key Skills & Qualifications)

• 语言能力： 中文母语级别（精通简体和繁体中文，了解两者的字体与排版规范）。英文具备基础日常沟通及技术文档阅读能力即可。

• 行业经验： 5 年以上翻译公司 (LSP) 或本地化环境下的 DTP 排版经验。

• 技术实力： 精通 Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXPress, MS Office 等相关软件。

• 注重细节： 对视觉设计和布局一致性有敏锐的眼光，能发现译文与原文之间最微小的差异。

• 流程管理： 具备创建审阅工作流、执行审核及反馈落实的经验。

• 体系建设： 有构建 DTP 质量框架、执行并跟踪质量指标的经验。

• 多语种排版技能： 熟悉多语种排版挑战，特别是 从右至左 (RTL) 语言（如阿拉伯语） 及非拉丁语系的排版经验者优先。

• 问题解决： 强大的分析与解决问题能力，能应对格式与设计上的各类疑难杂症。

• 时间管理： 能在快节奏环境下同时处理多个项目，并在严格的截止日期前交付。

• 教育背景： 平面设计、桌面出版或相关专业学位/证书优先。

加分项 (Preferred Qualifications)

• 本地化知识： 熟悉 SDL Trados Studio, memoQ 或 Wordfast 等翻译记忆工具。

• 国际化视野： 有处理多语种、多文化元素项目的经验。
