About Logixboard:
Logixboard is a white-labeled customer experience software that is transforming how the $2 trillion freight forwarding industry operates. In a highly competitive and technologically antiquated industry undergoing rapid digitalization, we are providing freight forwarders with the only white-labeled and integrated customer experience software available to the market today. Our software enables freight forwarders to deliver world-class digital experience to their customers, which propels them far ahead of their competition and dramatically increases customer retention and sales. Our customers absolutely love our platform, and we're experiencing tremendous growth both in new customers and in funding, with over $50 million in capital raised to date.
How We Work:
We are a team of experienced engineers that build features end-to-end, bring innovative ideas to the table, and are empowered to have full autonomy over our work. We solve hard problems, move quickly, and are adaptable to shifting priorities from the market. We are decisive and leverage the tools at our disposal to make informed choices knowing we won’t always get it right the first time. We are self-reflective, continuously looking to take lessons from experiences that don’t turn out as expected and apply them moving forward.
We have an understanding that simple solutions are the best solutions, though take into consideration how they will scale. We work closely with the Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and performant user experiences. We are able to effectively communicate in multiple formats, both synchronously and asynchronously, and don’t shy away from collaboration opportunities in order to learn from others. We have a natural curiosity that pushes us to stay up to date on the latest software development technologies and best practices, develop our skillset, and step outside our comfort zones.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
