Computer Use Agent Trainer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20/hour, with room for promotions
Location: Remote
About the Role
We're looking for detail-oriented people to create puzzles that teach AI agents how to use the internet. You'll design tasks that challenge agents to click, type, and navigate just like humans do. The better your puzzles, the smarter our agents become.
What you'll do
- • Create clever tasks for AI agents to solve
- • Watch agents fail hilariously and document exactly how they messed up
- • Design edge cases that make even smart agents struggle
- • Work closely with engineers, ask them to solve any problems you run into
What We're Looking For
- • Obsessive attention to detail
- • Comfort with using any app on the internet
- • Clear, precise writing skills
- • Patience to watch AI do dumb things repeatedly
- • Nice to have: experience breaking software, teaching, or training animals
