About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in cloud computing to join our dynamic team in our Paris office. Reporting to our Head of Engineering, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex technical programs, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the relationships with major cloud providers for smooth deployment of our models on their platforms
• Develop, maintain and execute detailed release and program plans, identifying potential risks and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to stakeholders
• Drive the deployment of new models and Mistral AI software within our partners ecosystem, identifying engineering dependencies and channeling the interaction between teams
• Ensure the best level of interaction with our partners and their highest level of satisfaction
• Monitor and report on program performance using key metrics and dashboards, ensuring transparency and visibility
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles to ensure fast and smooth program execution
• Additional missions could include supporting the team on the management of our cloud capacity planning (for e.g. building dashboards to track & measure our cloud capacity planning and allocate compute capacity according to needs)
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management with a focus on cloud computing
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application in a business context
• Proven ability to manage complex technical programs from inception to delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in English
It would be ideal if you were familiar with the AI space and have experience deploying LLM models on cloud infrastructure.
